First Welsh Show of 2024!

First welsh 🏴show of the year - in very uncharacteristic weather conditions for this time of year with cold, torrential rain - all day!!

A victorious return to the breed shows for Easy Rider de Maïka after not being shown since he was a youngster! 1st in the stallion class of 4yo and over (well he was the only participant!) but he then competed against the other section D entries to be awarded Champion Section D 🎉

3rd in the Open ridden, not a result that we, and other people watching totally agreed on, but as the only stallion in a class of mares, he was foot perfect and beautifully ridden by Scarlett.

Hilin Alfie Boe wasn't appreciated by the judge - he was awarded 2nd place in his section but we couldn't have been more pleased with how he performed, all day, with how he looks and with how much quality he clearly is! He will now be given the time that he needs to fill out and to mature.

A solid start to the Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 year!
